(for Ananda YTT graduates only)
 The membership fee for a Regular Member is:
- $40 for membership through February 15, 2006 if you receive Awake & Ready! via this website
- $60 for a couple's membership (two Ananda YTT grads at the same address; please include both e-mail addresses below)
- Note: Add $15 if you want to be sent a printed version of Awake & Ready!

- Complete mailing address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Date of graduation from Level 1 Ananda YTT
- Name of primary instructor for your Ananda YTT program
